溝通之必要
前言：
你可能笑我太天真太傻，但我依然相信
哈伯馬斯的溝通行動理論 (theory of communicative action)。

Thanks for contacting us about your post. I think there was a
misunderstanding about your blog. We have several xangans that allow us to
feature any post from their site. I think your account was mistakenly added
to that list.
We're very sorry for this huge error. We have removed your post from the
hkblog and will let all our editors know it isn't ok to feature your posts
without your prior agreement.

Thanks for your quick response and the action you have done. However, I still want to let you know why I am so angry.
In fact I don't mind HKBlog put me into such a "list", but i think even I am in the list, I still expect that the editors will inform me in advance.
It is not an issue of respect, but protection: to protect both the contributors and editors. At least, It can avoid the editors wrongly post the unfinished version to the public.
If you want to reduce the workload, you can learn from what appledaily and mingpao worked with me before -- you just put the contributors' name and show the link on the site.
As we all knew, to run a website is never a easy job --- how to find a cheap and stable contributor, how to balance different voices, how to manage the editors.
Either one of the above can kill the webmasters.
However, no matter how hard the job is, the webmaster has to put an eye on the bottom line, in both moral and legal side.
For example, you have to make sure the source of article is reliable. You have to check correctness of the information. And most importantly, You have to set up a sound system of choosing and editing the articles.
THE REPUTATION OF A MEDIA IS ALWAYS VALUABLE. Please treasure what your team have achieved.

P.S. I don't think "delete post" is kind of apology. Please consider a public anouncement about this issue instead. You can nake use of this great chance to tell all of the local xangans there is a "list" and how to join the "list"-- so xangan, please keep your good work and you will get reward.

Thanks so much for your suggestions and for your understanding.
Our intention was never to anger you, your are one of our best contributors. We're currently working on communication improvements to the HK blog and will inform writers if their posts have been selected to be featured on the HKblog.
As far as the syndicated tab, this is a feature that is by invite only, for the best writers on xanga. We hope you'd still like to be a part of this but if not we understand.
